Terms and Conditions www winbox – Malaysia Platform Rules & Policies

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and www winbox ("Platform", "Us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the wwwwinbox.pro platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

01 General Terms & Acceptance

The www winbox platform operates as an online entertainment service offering a wide range of gaming options including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting games, and bingo. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to members.

This agreement is governed by applicable laws, and any disputes will be resolved through procedures established by us. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of real-money gaming, including the risk of financial loss.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the www winbox platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above as of the registration date. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that explicitly prohibits online gaming activities.
• Not currently banned from the www winbox platform for any prior reason.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen along with forfeiture of balances. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.

Www winbox implements an identity verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer) for all members. This process requires a valid identification document such as a national ID card or passport. Successful KYC verification is a requirement for withdrawing funds from your account.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

Www winbox supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX (online banking for all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits will be credited to your account instantly or within 5 minutes depending on the payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Www winbox reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from unlawful sources.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under your name.
• Before the first withdrawal is permitted, full KYC verification must be completed.
• Www winbox reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

04 Bonus & Promotions

Www winbox offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and prize draws. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Www winbox reserves the right to withdraw bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple account registrations will be immediately voided.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through unfair methods may result in account closure.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 12x (twelve times) of the total bonus received. The period to meet the wagering requirement is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after this period.

05 Game Rules

All games on the www winbox platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure on our end.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, www winbox will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the wager will be returned to the player.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. Losses resulting from disconnection will not be compensated.
• Betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface. Players must comply with these limits.
• Www winbox reserves the right to void any wagers suspected of exploiting technical bugs or system imbalances.

06 Security & Privacy

Www winbox uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal information is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy of ours, separately.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. We recommend that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify the www winbox support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Www winbox will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the www winbox platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud, hack, or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit bonus promotions.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to play games or exploit the platform.
• Technical Disruption: Any attempt to disrupt, slow down, or damage the platform's infrastructure.
• Underage Players: Registering or allowing individuals under the age of 18 to access your account.

08 Limitation of Liability

Www winbox provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, www winbox shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred during gaming activities.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from third-party failures such as payment providers or game software developers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of www winbox towards any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Www winbox reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violating any terms within this agreement.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.
• Players applying for self-exclusion through our responsible gambling programme.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the www winbox support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned to the registered payment method once the review is complete. The balance refund process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

10 Terms Amendment

Www winbox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or through their registered email, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the www winbox platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments come into effect.
